At the end of March, Broadband Cloud Solutions Ltd acquired the assets and business of Robertson Technologies, based in Edinburgh. This will greatly enhance our ability to support our many loyal customers and deliver new services and opportunities both in the cloud computing space, and in the traditional desktop support market. The Robertson IT solutions are a great fit with our existing business and we intend expanding our reach and our IT solutions over time.
About Robertson technologies:
Robertson technologies was formed in 2005 initially offering offsite data backup services to the local market with a philosophy based on quality, honesty and professionalism. The business has built up a strong client base, mainly in the SME market, and offers a full complement of IT solutions including computer maintenance, hardware and software supply, cloud computing and technology consulting. It has a strong emphasis on IT support, with a team of professionals who can speak to you in plain English. This attribute allows us to stand out from the crowd.
We spend a lot of time on client management. All enquiries, marketing and most of the quotations are handled by our General Manager. To ensure a strong relationship between the company and each client, the General Manager meets regularly with every IT support contracted client to enhance the service level and identify IT opportunities which can help the clients’ business.
The Robertson business is currently being integrated into Broadband Cloud Solutions (BCS) and this work will be completed very soon. We will then trade under the BCS branding.
